गर्बवती महिलाको पिडा "The Period Of Pregnancy "

  गर्बवती हुनु आफैमा एक चुनौती अनि पिडा हो।  एउटा नारीले आफुले जन्माउने बच्चाको लागी धेरै त्याग अनि अप्ठ्याराहरुको सामना गर्नु पर्छ। महिला र पुरुष दुबैको सानो भ्रुण बाट बिस्तारै बिकसित हुदै ९ महिना सम्म आमाको गर्बमा हुर्किन्छ।  तर त्यतिबेला जुन बेला सुरुको अवस्ता देखिनै आमाले आफ्नो अनि आफुले जन्माउने बच्चाको ख्याल गरेको हुन्छ।  लाग्दा यो झट्ट सामान्य प्रक्रिया जस्तो लागे पनि एउटा आमाको लागि धेरै सास्ती अनि असहज अनि चुनौतिपूर्ण समय हो।  सबै नारीलाई आफु गर्बवती भएकोमा धेरै खुशी अनि चिन्तित हुन्छन आफ्नो भबिस्य प्रति अनि आफ्नो थपिन लागेको जिमेवार प्रति नजानु कति पिडा हुदोरहेछ एउटा गर्बवती महिलालाई उनि एक छोरा या छोरीको आमा बन्नलाई।  बच्चा गर्बमा रहेको ६ हप्ताबाट आमालाई बिस्तारै असहज अनि शारिरी रुपमा पिडा हुदो रहेछ।  खान मन नलाग्ने, वाक वाक आउने, आफु कम्जोर जस्तो महसुस गर्ने, हल्का बिरामी भाको जस्तो हुने, रिंगटा लाग्ने, पेट दुख्ने, माछा मासु को स्मेल आउन नहुने, ढाड दुख्ने, पेटमा बटारिएको जस्तो हुने, कहिले कहिँ टाउको समेत दुख्ने हुदो रहेछ। एउटा कुरा कुनै पनि परिवारको सदस्यहरुले यति बेला अनिल
